The democratic body of all Network Nations Alliance members — the primary space for collective sense-making, governance, and community.
## Purpose
The Alliance Assembly is where Members come together to shape the direction of the Alliance, make collective decisions, build relationships, and participate in the movement. It is the sovereign body of the Alliance.
## Composition
All Members in good standing are part of the Alliance Assembly.
## Authority
The Alliance Assembly holds ultimate authority over:
- Constitutional amendments
- Fundamental changes to Alliance purpose or structure
- Selection of Stewards (future)
- Any matter escalated from Steward Council
## Decision-Making

- **Ad-hoc In Person Gathering:** In-person or hybrid gathering for strategy, community building, and celebration
- **Ad-hoc Sessions:** Called as needed for urgent matters or special topics
