Participant identified for project contribution 2. Labs Coordinator introduces project context and expectations 3. Participant reviews and affirms [[Labs Participant Agreement]] 4. Access granted to project resources 5. Participant integrated into project workflow **Contribution Expectations** - Deliver on committed contributions - Communicate proactively about availability and blockers - Participate in project meetings as appropriate - Respect project agreements and timelines - Collaborate constructively with team members - Uphold Labs values and participation ethics **Access and Benefits** - Access to project-specific resources and communication - Eligibility for contribution-based compensation (per project budget) - Publishing rights for project outputs (per IP agreement) - Recognition in project credits and documentation **Pathway to Membership** 1.
