Manager Council schedules monthly Assembly 2. Agenda distributed 7 days in advance 3. Members may propose agenda items (5 days before) 4. Assembly convened (virtual or in-person) 5. Facilitator guides discussion and process 6. Minutes recorded and distributed within 7 days **Voting Process** - **Quorum:** 25% of active members for standard decisions - **Standard Decisions:** Simple majority of voting members - **Major Decisions:** 2/3 majority (constitutional changes, removal of Managers) - **Voting Period:** Minimum 7 days for asynchronous votes - **Voting Methods:** Governance Forum (Snapshot or equivalent) **Elections** 1. Manager Council announces election 30 days before term end 2. Nominations open for 14 days 3. Nominees confirm and submit statements 4. Voting period: 7 days 5. Results announced within 3 days of close 6.
