Work created by Labs (not project-specific) is Core IP 2. Core IP published to designated repositories 3. Attribution to "OpenCivics Labs" and contributors 4. License clearly indicated on all materials 5. Manager Council reviews Core IP quarterly **Project IP** 1. Project proposal specifies IP approach 2. Default: Project IP follows Core IP licensing 3. Alternative approaches may be proposed if: - Partner requirements necessitate - Specific use case requires - Documented justification provided 4. Manager Council approves non-standard IP terms 5.
