## Purpose
Labs Operators support Managers with day-to-day operations within the DAO. Their responsibilities include managing workflows, addressing logistical challenges, maintaining digital infrastructure, and ensuring projects stay on track.
## Criteria
- Appointed by elected Labs Managers
- Capable of project management, iterative development, and collaborative facilitation
- Competent in various forms of digital infrastructure and knowledge management
- Proactive communicators who engage clearly and thoughtfully
- Reliable and detail-oriented
## Responsibilities
**Technical:** Maintain websites and code repositories, manage collaboration platforms
**Administrative:** Handle routine administrative tasks, manage communication channels
**Operations:** Support project workflows, address logistical challenges
**Reporting:** Report to Labs Managers, document operational processes
